  Situation:
360Vinyl had a functional E-commerce website, but wanted to take their Web marketing initiatives to the next level by taking advantage of powerful customer profiling, email marketing, and improved shopping cart functionality.
  Idea:
Through user analysis and industry research we built an overall website that would meet the needs of the company.

Project deliverables supported a holistic approach to the customer lifecycle. The re-designed website, built on our Content Management System, was the hub of the project.

The plan included improvement and implementation in the following areas:

• Department Organization and segmentation
• Traffic Reporting
• Customer Opt-in forms for user profiling and    targeted email marketing
• Email marketing and customer communications    tool providing customized information to    prospective and existing clients
